Snow is made on all slope areas (app. 60 hectares) efficiently with modern methods. Snowmaking starts on the Western slopes and proceeds along to the Northern slopes in pace with the weather conditions. Eventually all the slope areas are open according to the season and weather. All the slopes in Himos are illuminated, allowing you to ski also in the evenings. The atmosphere is utterly beautiful as the lights reflect in the white slopes and the wintry landscape.
