Fun for the whole family

In Himos you will conquer the largest and the longest slopes in Southern and Central Finland. Along the connection routes you move easily from one slope area to another. On the Western route the ride extends altogether 1.2 km. The 15 lifts in this true 21-slope ski circus ensure that you spend your time skiing, not queuing. Himos offers togetherness and experiences for the whole family, to each according to his or her level of skills. Remember that children under the age of seven, wearing a helmet, ride free when accompanied by an adult. There are four free lifts and easy slopes that make learning to ski pure enjoyment.

The expanded Streettis route!

Murri's Streettis, which gained great popularity last season, has been expanded. The forest route for the juniors attracted skiers of all age groups to its curves, so we decided to extend its length and width as well as to add boxes, rails and lights to it.

HimosSnow – gliding snow

Snow is made on all slope areas in Himos efficiently with modern methods. Snowmaking starts on the Western slopes when temperature falls under zero, and proceeds to the Northern slopes in pace with the weather conditions. The connection routes are covered with artificial snow as early as possible, and eventually all the slope areas are open according to the season and weather.

On average the season starts at the end of November and ends on May first. All the slopes in Himos are illuminated, which enables you to ski also in the evenings. The atmosphere is utterly beautiful as the lights reflect in the white slopes and the wintry landscape.
